Celebrating and Sustaining United States/China Education Initiatives
We invite educators, policy makers, and business leaders to attend this summit to witness how North Carolina has made progress in Chinese language and cultural programs, and to collaborate toward increased partnerships and collaborations in the coming years. Representatives from the business, education, and policy fields will join us on September 6, 2012 as we engage in open dialogue toward global understanding.
This year's Summit is focused on educational opportunities and initiatives. Invited speakers and panelists will share their insights and expertise regarding current and future educational collaboration.
The event is free to a limited number of participants. The day includes updates on current progress in education, panel discussions, brainstorming sessions, and official addresses by Chinese and American Government Officials.
Lunch is provided and registration is required. Limited parking is available, with satellite parking available from the McKimmon Center.
